Cenplus Connect is an enquiry service that helps connect residents in Atherton and the surrounding Atherton Tablelands with independent local service providers. We currently welcome smoke alarm installation and replacement enquiries. Cenplus Connect does not carry out trade work, hold trade licences, or employ tradespeople. We receive enquiries and help arrange contact with independent local providers who perform the work.
3. Enquiry Process
When you submit an enquiry through this website: • We review your request and confirm whether a local provider is available in your area • If a provider is available, we pass your enquiry details to them • The provider contacts you to discuss the work, availability and pricing • Submitting an enquiry does not book an appointment or commit you to any work Quotations, appointments and trade work are arranged directly between you and the provider.
4. No Guarantee of Service
We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area at any given time. Provider availability is confirmed for each enquiry. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines or pricing, as these are determined by the independent service provider.
5. Independent Service Providers
Local service providers are independent businesses or individuals. Cenplus Connect does not employ, supervise or control them. We do not verify their qualifications, licences or insurance. Any work performed is arranged directly between you and the provider, and is subject to any agreement you enter into with them.
